Woman stabbed dead by daughter’s BF
A 44-YEAR-OLD woman who was opposed to her daughter’s relationship with her boyfriend was stabbed dead in her home in La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
Victim Tessie Esparagoza, of Bgy. Robes, La Castellana town, succumbed to stab wounds in the chest.
A report submitted to La Castellana Municipal Police Station acting chief of police Capt. Rhojin Darell Nigos showed Esparagoza’s daughter and boyfriend, who are both 17-years-old, allegedly conspired to kill her.
Police said the daughter and her boyfriend got angry with the victim when the mother did not agree on their relationship.
The young “couple” allegedly planned the killing of Esparagoza based on the exchange of messages on their social media account.
The victim was sleeping when her daughter opened the door for her boyfriend who was then armed with knife and attacked Esparagoza.
Authorities recovered the bladed weapon used in the killing.
Parricide charges are being readied for filing in court against the victim’s daughter while the boyfriend, who was arrested in a follow-up operation, is facing murder charges, police said. By Jane Eleda
