Infra projects spotlight of GenTri mayor’s first 100 days

GENERAL TRIAS CITY (GenTri), Cavite – Mayor Luis “Jon Jon” Ferrer IV reported on the accomplishments of his first 100 days as local chief executive in front of local officials and staff of the said city, Monday, October 10, 2022, in city hall grounds in Barangay Bagumbayan here.

Ferrer, together with Cavite 6th District Congressman Antonio Ferrer, Vice Mayor Jonas Labuguen, and city dads, led the groundbreaking of the proposed 4-storey, 16-classroom building of Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. High School in Lavanya Village, Bgy. Bacao, with the same memorial senior high school (SHS) in Bgy. Biclatan, and Super Health Center in Sitio Elang, Bgy. San Francisco.

Ferrer also mentioned that the local government will start distributing school supplies for daycare pupils up to senior high public schools in 33 Villages.

“Sa pakikipagtulungan po natin kasama si Congressman Ony Ferrer and Vice Mayor Jonas Labuguen and the city council, nasa isakatuparan po natin ang project na ito, para mga mga estudyante at magulang natin, na para hindi na po sila lalayo para pumasok sa eskwela, lalo na ngayon na nagbabalik na po ang face-to-face classes,” Mayor Jon Jon Ferrer said in his speech.

Ferrer also presented the new garbage contractor hauling in the entire locality to ensure the cleanliness of the surrounding.

In Cavite City, Mayor Denver Chua speaks before thousands of guests, including city officials, employees, and supporters, for his 100 days in office report held in Montano Hall Monday.

While Mendez Nuñez Mayor Francisco “Cocoy” Mendoza Jr., Bailen Mayor Dennis Glean, and Mayor Umbe Arca of Maragondon also presented their 100 days report early morning of Monday in their respective areas.
