DEFENDING champion Immaculada Concepcion College seeks its third win when it takes on Lyceum of the Philippines University-Laguna in the 30th National Capital Region Athletic Association (NCRAA) basketball tournament at the Bestlink gymnasium in Quezon City.

Expected to lead the way for the Blue Hawks are Alfred Flores, Totoy Ramirez and Paul Gadin in the 12 noon encounter against LPU-Laguna.

…Flores scored 26 points on 9-of-16 shooting from the field, six rebounds and four steals in ICC’s most recent victory – a 73-60 triumph against Bestlink College of the Philippines at the Bestlink gymnasium in Novaliches last March 8.

Ramirez also shone as he contributed a double-double performance of 10 points, 10 rebounds and six rebounds while Gadin chipped in with 10 points for the Blue Hawks of coach Ogie Gumatay.

In the 8 a.m. match, Asian Institute of Maritime Studies takes on De La Salle University-Dasmariñas.

AIMS willl put its perfect 4-0 win-loss record on the line against the DLSU-Dasmariñas side, which also won two straight games.

Olivarez College of coach Mike Saguiguit will go head-to-head against PATTS College of Aeronautics of coach Lency Aransazo.

In the featured match, BCP squad of coach Edwin Punio will go all out against Emilio Aguinaldo College-Cavite at 2 p.m.
