Free circumcision
Forty young men availed of the free circumcision given by the Batangas Provincial Government last June 15. The annual activity of the Provincial Health Office (PHO) was led by Dr. Rosvilinda Ozaetawith. This year’s theme is “Totoy no more. Be circumcised for Pogi. ”It was temporarily halted due to the pandemic but was re-implemented, in accordance with Governor DoDo Mandanas’ directive of continuous delivery of medical services to Batangueños. It is part of the PHO’s Adolescent Health and Development Program which aims to meet the medical needs of Batangueños including the adolescent and youth population. Photo courtesy of Batangas PIO
