Father, son win P11.6M lotto pot

A FATHER and his son from San Pablo City, Laguna both won the P11.6 million Mega Lotto 6/45 jackpot prize drawn on Feb. 27, according Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO)

He was also a firm believer in his horoscope for 2023, which was why he kept on playing the lottery.

The father and son winners plan on saving their winnings at the bank in the meantime.

The PCSO reminded that prizes exceeding P10,000 are subject to a 20 percent tax per the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law.

Also, prizes not claimed within one year from the date of the draw shall be considered forfeited.

The winner got the winning combination 09-08-05-01-30-52 ,he played in one of the lotto outlets located in Novaliches, Quezon City, which he said he got from random phone numbers in his contact list.
