Farmer killed while fixing damaged electrical socket

A FARMER was accidentally killed when he was electrocuted while fixing a damaged electrical socket wiring on Wednesday in General Natividad, Nueva Ecija.

Police identified the fatality as Donato De Guzman, 37, of Bgy. Burol, General Natividad.

He was found in a prone position with his burned right hand still holding on to the open socket of the extension wire he was allegedly fixing.

Police said AJ Abante, 15, of Bgy. Sapang Bato discovered the victim dead while passing through the his farm at 12 p.m. here.

The victim’s cadaver was brought to the Lita’s Funeral service in Bgy. Poblacion for autopsy.
