Engineer gunned down in Ilocos Norte
AN engineer on Tuesday was shot dead in a car accessory store in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.
Slain was Rommel Dizon, a resident of Bgy. Santa Monica in San Nicolas municipality.
Dizon was buying a car accessory when approached by a man wearing a helmet. The suspect, without a word, shot him repeatedly before fleeing.
Witnesses rushed Dizon to the provincial hospital in Laoag City, where he was declared dead on arrival.
Police are pursuing the gunman and investigating the motive for the killing.
