Degamo slay 99% solved with arrest of ‘major player’ – Remulla
JUSTICE Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla revealed on Friday that the controversial killing of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo, which resulted in the deaths of eight civilians, has been 99% solved.
According to Remulla, a “major player” in the killing was apprehended by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Although Remulla declined to provide additional information, citing ongoing investigations, he assured the public that he would divulge any new developments next week.
He likened the arrest to solving a puzzle, stating that a crucial piece had finally been put in place.
