CL’s MWP for rape-slay of minor falls
GENERAL TINIO, Nueva Ecija – Central Luzon’s (CL) number five most wanted person (MWP) for the rape-slay of a 14-year-old girl way back in 2016 finally fell into the police’s hands, Tuesday here.
Town police commander Captain Ronan James Eblahan said the suspect is from Bgy. Pulong Matong, this town, did not resist arrest when he was served the arrest warrant for rape with homicide issued on February 11, 2020, by Judge Mildred S. Villaroman-Hernal of the Gapan City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 in Bgy. San Pedro at 1:00 p.m.
Eblahan said the court also recommended no bail for the temporary release of the suspect, who is ranked no. 5 most wanted felon at the regional level.
