A 30-year-old carpenter who allegedly threatened to circulate explicit videos and photos of his minor “girlfriend” should she refuse to rekindle their past relationship was nabbed by Eastern Police District –Anti Cybercrime Team (EPD-ACT) in an entrapment Monday in Pasig City.

EPD-ACT chief PMajor Reynaldo Salim identified as John Bren Perez Naceno of No. 5 Central Signal Village Taguig City.

Naceno was nabbed during an entrapment operation by combined members of EPD-ACT and Pasig Police Sub Station 2 headed by PCapt Jazon Lovendino inside a fast food restaurant at the corner of Pasig Blvd. Extension and Dr. Sixto Antonio Ave., Pasig City at around 2:30 p.m.

Salim said the 16-year-old student was accompanied by her mother in filing a complaint against the suspect.

Salim said the two allegedly became “lovers” sometime in 2022 but broke up after the victim had another relationship.

The victim admitted to the police that she had explicit videos sometime on 2021.

Two weeks ago, the suspect used a Facebook account under the name of Tyler Tykes and threatened the victim to spread her old explicit videos online if she refused to reconcile with him.

This prompted the victim to file a complaint that resulted in the arrest of the suspect.

“Ang usapan mag meet-up sila para burahin yung old explicit videos ng biktima na ni-record ng suspect mula sa nakuha sa mga nag circulate na videos kapalit ng gagawin lahat ng biktima ang gusto nya”, Salim explained.

The suspect was charged with violation of RA 11930 (Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children ), RA 9995 (Photo and Video Voyeurism in Relation to 10175 and RA 7610 (Child Abuse).
