CamSur MWP for homicide nabbed in Batangas
A 41-YEAR-OLD laborer wanted for homicide was nabbed during the serving of a warrant of arrest by joint operatives in Barangay Tinga Labac, Batangas City, the other day.
Batangas City Police Station (CPS) chief P/Lt. Col. Salvador E. Solana said the suspect is a construction worker, a native of Bgy. Abuyon, San Narciso, Quezon and presently residing in Bgy. Sorosoro Karsada, this city.
According to the report, the suspect was handcuffed after authorities conducted a manhunt operation around 11:45 a.m. at Bgy. Tinga Labac by warrant operatives of Batangas CPS led by PCMS Paulino A Eje, warrant PNCO together with 1st Batangas Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) headed by PSSg. Louie Francis Gonzales.
The suspect, listed as a “most wanted person” (MWP) at the provincial level was arrested by a warrant of arrest issued on February 15, 2022, by Presiding Judge Cecila Ruivivar Borja-Soler, of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 29, of Libmanan, Camarines Sur.
