BINALASA ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang Office of the President (OP) Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) para sa first at second level career positions.

Ipinag-utos din ni Pangulong Marcos ang reconstitution ng OP Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (OP-PRAISE) Committee.

Sa ilalim ng Memorandum Order No. 24 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, pamumunuan na ngayon ang OP-HRMPSB ng Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration at magsisilbi namang vice-chair ang Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs.

Magsisilbing miyembro ng OP-HRMPSB ang mga Deputy Executive Secretary for General Administration; Deputy Executive Secretary for Support Services and Auxiliaries; at dalawang representatives mula sa Office of the Executive Secretary; at head ng Human Resource Management Office.

Nakasaad naman sa Memorandum Order No. 25 na pamumunuan ang OP-PRAISE Committee ng Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration at may mga miyembro mula sa iba’t-ibang opisina.

Magsisilbing miyembro ang mga representative mula sa Office of the Executive Secretary; heads ng HRMO, Legal Office, Finance Office and Technical Services Office; representative para sa 3rd level positions na itatalaga ng Executive Secretary; representative para sa 2nd level positions; at alternate representative para sa 2nd level positions.

Magiging bahagi rin ng OP-PRAISE Committee ang representative mula sa 1st level positions at alternate representative para sa 1st level positions.
