Anti-drug op yields 3 suspects, P400K shabu in Pampanga

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Pampanga police on Thursday scored anew on its campaign against illegal drugs as some P400,000 worth of shabu were seized in Floridablanca.

In a report to PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Pampanga police director Col. Levi Hope Basilio said personnel of Floridablanca police conducted an entrapment operation in Biglang Sibol Purok 5, Barangay Bodega, which resulted in the arrest of Joel Sanque, 43; Aida Mora, 30, and Randy Escotillon, 34, all in the police drug list.

Seized from them were a .45 pistol, .45 magazine loaded with six live bullets, three plastic sachets containing shabu weighing at least 53.52 grams with an estimated street value of P369,936 and the marked money.

The three suspects will be charged with violations of R.A. 9165.

Hidalgo said the Central Luzon cops will continue to beef up its anti-criminality campaign, particularly on illegal drugs to stop its proliferation in region.
