MASAYA si Annabelle Rama sa desisyon ng Department of Justice (DoJ) na ipabasura sa Las Piñas court ang isinampang cyber libel laban sa kanya ng dating aide ni Sen. Manny Pacquiao na si Jayke Joson dahil sa kakulangan ng sapat na ebidensiya.

Ayon sa legal counsel ng ina nina Ruffa, Richard at Raymond Gutierrez na si Atty. Marie Glen Garduque, “Yes we confirm the receipt of the resolution from doj granting our petition for review thereby directing the office of the city prosecutor of Las Piñas to withdraw the information for cyber libel that it filed against Tita Annabelle in court.

“Of course, we are very happy that the DoJ gave due course to our petition. As per last follow up with RTC Branch 253, there is already a motion to withdraw information filed by the ocp of Las Piñas in court.

“We are just waiting for the action of the court in said motion. Yes I called Tita Annabelle as soon as the law office received the resolution.

“Ang naalala ko lang na sinabi niya ay buti na lang daw she listened to my advise to follow and trust the legal proceedings,” dagdag ni Atty. Garduque.
