9 fall in Batangas buy-bust ops
CAMP GEN MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas – In the ongoing fight against criminality, the Batangas Police Provincial Office (BPPO) led by provincial director PCol. Glicerio C. Cansilao, nine individuals were arrested by different police station personnel in Tanauan City, Rosario, San Pascual, Mabini, and Calaca towns the other day.
Four persons were nabbed by Tanauan City police operatives in three operations that they conducted.
Caught in Bgy. Poblacion 1, the suspect identified as Ricky Bataanon and Ronald Nilles at 12:35 p.m.
In Bgy. Bagumbayan Racky Sison alias “Baldo” collared at at 7 p.m. while Romeo Lagman was also arrested at 10:05 p.m. in Bgy. Poblacion 7.
The other suspects arrested were identified as Reinielo Morpe, Ryan Miller Agana, Christian Jude Espiritu, Roderick Sael, and Reylouben Villanueva in various buy-bust operations conducted by the police operatives of Rosario, San Pascual, Mabini, and Calaca towns.
The operatives seized 2.96 grams of shabu worth P20,128 from the arrested suspects and will be facing charges of violating Sections 5 & 11, Article II Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, said Cansilao.
