43 wanted persons nabbed in CL

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Some 43 most wanted persons are now behind bars in the region-wide conduct of a one-day Simultaneous Anti- Criminality Law Enforcement Operations or SACLEO on Thursday in Central Luzon.

Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon announced that most of the captured fugitives have standing warrants for rape and violation of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

In Aurora, Naomi Moana was arrested for five counts of Bouncing Check Law and Efren Lagulao for child abuse.

In Bataan, three most wanted felons were nabbed – Eduardo Ocay for rape; Melvin Garcia for robbery with force; and Samuel Orden for child abuse.

Those arrested in Nueva Ecija were Oscar Bunagen for arson; Ricardo Quizon for concubinage; Olegario Enrile and Paul Alexis Calahi for violation of RA 10591 or Illegal Possession of Firearms; Neil Kenneth Magno and Elmer Jacinto for rape; Ronnie Bolisay and Japhet Manahan for robbery; Esposo Manolito for violation of RA 9165; Ernesto Amponget for statutory rape; and Roque Abendo Jr. for murder.

In Olongapo, police captured Aries Larustia for violation of RA 9165 and Ian Antonio Dulay for attempted murder.

In Pampanga, four persons – Cedrick Tarnate, Ronaldo Castro and Jeffrey Valenzuela, all wanted for violation of RA 9165, and RJ Salsona, wanted for frustrated murder and robbery – were arrested.

Tarlac police caught Jan Bernard Leal for 13 counts of violation of Bouncing Check Law; Nancy Aguilar for violation of RA 9165; Jose Suarez III for three counts of swindling estafa; and Carlo Rosen Villamil for rape.

Meanwhile, police officers in Bataan arrested Edjulyn Cortez for child abuse; Melvin Garcia for robbery; and William Charles Cummins for attempted homicide.

Two wanted felons were caught in Angeles City identified as Ian Antonio for attempted murder and Raymond Dailig for violation of RA 9165.

Seven wanted suspects were held by the Bulacan police, namely, Albert Calinawan and Juan Paulo Cahalhal for rape; Henry Salonga for robbery; Joel de Guia for violation of RA 9165; Enrico Baltero for acts of lasciviousness; and Jessie Manusca for violation of RA 10591.

Those arrested in Zambales were Ireneo Baytic, Leiann Ednalan, Nonito Morllos, Wilma Luzano and Mark Anthony Aquino.
