215 Batangas cops take annual PFT
AT least 215 police officers of the Batangas Police Provincial Office (BPPO) under the leadership of Provincial Director P/Col. Glicerio C. Cansilao and 11 members from the National Support Units underwent the Annual Physical Fitness Test (PFT) the other day at Camp General Miguel C. Malvar, Batangas City.
Those who have undergone such PFT are the policemen whose birth was in July. The body mass index, blood pressure, electrocardiogram (ECG) results, and medical history of the performers were reviewed by Regional Medical and Dental Unit (RMDU) 4A staff led by P/Lt. Col. Jonas Cleofre R. Accad, Chief, Medical Dispensary.
After passing the medical examination, they undergo sit-ups, push-ups, 300-meter sprint, and kilometer run. They are expected to get a passing raw score equivalent to a grade of 70% in each event required in their age category.
The physical fitness examinations were managed by the Batangas Human Resource Doctrine Development Section (HRDDS) along with the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division (RLDDD) and Regional Special Training Unit (RSTU) 4A.
