2 HS students killed in N. Cotabato ambush
TWO junior high school students on Sunday night were killed in an ambush in a remote village in Pikit, North Cotabato, police said yesterday.
Town police chief Maj. John Arvin Cambang identified the victims as Jamer Ebrahim, 21; and Muhaliden Amer, 20, both Grade 11 students and residents of Bgy.Poblacion, Pikit town.
Ebrahim and Amer died on the spot from multiple gunshot wounds.
The duo were on a motorbike on their way home when waylaid on the border of Ladtingan and Kalawag villages.

An investigation is underway.
