Vendor wanted for murder falls in Ecija
LLANERA, Nueva Ecija — Police arrested during manhunt operations a 34-year-old vendor who has an outstanding arrest warrant for murder issued by a local court in Malabon City in 2021.
Provincial police chief Col. Richard V. Caballero said the suspect, a native of this town who lives in Bgy. Bangad, Cabanatuan City did not resist arrest when operatives served the warrant at his hideout in Bgy. H. Concepcion, Cabanatuan City at 5:10 p.m. Saturday.
The manhunt operation which was led by the Malabon police station headed by Major Alfredo Agbuya Jr. and the local police here was launched by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by the Malabon City regional trial court branch 170 on October 8, 2021.
Caballero said the arrested suspect is now under custody of the local police here for proper disposition.
