FOLLOWING the success of its initial thanksgiving concert held in Cebu, Tingog Party-list rocked the people of Tagum City in Davao del Norte with the second leg of its musical extravaganza last February 17.

Staged at City Hall Square in Tagum City, the “Tingog ng Pasasalamat” concert drew a crowd of thousands, similar to the rousing reception of the first in the series of such performances held last February 12 in the Queen City of the South.

The series of free concerts kicked off in the Love Month of February featuring a powerhouse cast of performers as a gesture of thanksgiving by Tingog Party-list not only to its supporters but to the Filipino people, in general.

By virtue of the votes it received in the 2022 national elections, Tingog Party-list is occupying two seats in the House of Representatives.

Representing Tingog in the chamber are Reps. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez and Jude Acidre.

Among those who entertained and enthralled the Tagum crowd are Master Rapper Andrew E, “Queen Mother” Karla Estrada, as well as the Plethora and ILT (I Love Tacloban) bands.

As a bonus, the audience was treated to a special performance of musician-singer and “Voice of the Philippines” coach “Bamboo” who appeared as a guest artist.

Two more thanksgiving concerts are scheduled to be held in separate locations, one in late February and the other in the first week of March.

On February 25, the people from the National Capital Region will have their chance to enjoy the free thanksgiving concert sponsored by Tingog, to be held at the Amoranto Sports Complex in Diliman, Quezon City.

The final leg of the Tingog thanksgiving concert will be held at the RTR Plaza in Tacloban City on March 4.
