Swab tests still free in Manila – Moreno
THE gold standard of testing or RT-PCR swab Coronavirus testing will continue to be given for free, both for Manilans and non-Manilans.
Thus assured presidential candidate and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, as he also announced that a total of 197,378 individuals have so far availed of the free swab testing in the City of Manila as of February 25, 2022.
“Maibsan man lang ang gastusin ninyo sa hirap na dinaranas natin sa pandemiyang ito. Nais naming mabigyan kayo ng kapanatagan thru gold standard of testing at ‘yan po ay mananatiling libre hanggang kaya, loobin nawa ng Diyos,” Moreno said, as he also guaranteed that swab tests will remain free in Manila once Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna assumes mayorship following the May 2022 elections.
Moreno said that Lacuna had been an active participant in making all the pro-poor programs of the City of Manila open to helping its neighbors, adding: “Kung kayo ay na-expose, may sintomas, nangangamba sa gastos, ‘wag kayong mahihiya. Welcome kayo sa Maynila.
