DOT CONGRATULATES TOURIM SEC. CHRISTINA GARCIA
The Department of Tourism (DOT) sent its warmest congratulations to Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco for earning the third spot at the recent Boses ng Bayan Survey in the first quarter of 2024 released by the RP Mission and Development Foundation.
On the official DOT Facebook page, the message of congratulations stressed that “Under her helm as tourism chief, Secretary Frasco brought her transformative vision and innovative initiatives to the DOT, promoting an industry that is resilient, sustainable, and globally competitive.”
The Facebook post reads:
“Through the help of the public and private sectors and other allied partners, the Philippines has reaped awards through prestigious award-giving bodies, surpassed its tourism targets, and above all, gave employment to millions of Filipinos post-pandemic.
