SPEAKER ROMUALDEZ LAUNCHES CARD PROGRAM IN IBA, ZAMBALES
Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez leads the launching of the Cash and Rice Distribution (CARD) program Saturday afternoon at the multipurpose gym in Iba, Zambales. A joint initiative of the House of Representatives and the Department of Social Welfare and Development, the program seeks to help indigents, senior citizens, PWDs, solo parents. Present during the event are Mayor Irenea Maniquiz-Binan, Botolan Mayor Jun Omar Ebdane, Governor Hermogenes Ebdane Jr., 2nd District Rep.Doris Maniquiz, other House Members led by Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales and other government officials of the province.
