SK kagawad collared for P120K ‘MJ’ in Angeles City
CAMP LT. TOMAS J. PEPITO, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City – A Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) kagawad was arrested on Tuesday for selling marijuana during a buy-bust operation.
In a report to PRO 3 (Police Regional Office 3) Director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay, Acting Police Commander Col. Diosdado Fabian said the suspect, a high-value target (HVT), is from Bgy. Agapito Del Rosario, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Fabian said joint elements of the Police Station 5, CMFC, TMRU, Operatives of PN, NISG-NL, and Angeles City Drug Enforcement Unit led by Lt. Jennies Capili, in coordination with the PDEA (Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency), conducted a buy-bust on Rizal Ext. in front of a restaurant in Bgy. Cutcut, Angeles City, which resulted in the suspect’s arrest.
Seized were three bricks of marijuana leaves and fruit toppings weighing at least one kilogram with an estimated DDB (Dangerous Drugs Board) value of P120,000 and the marked money.
