‘Rape’ suspect in Biliran falls
A MAN wanted for eight counts of rape and acts of lasciviousness in Biliran province was arrested in his hiding place by members of the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) last Tuesday, PNP-CIDG Director Major General Eliseo DC Cruz told the Journal Group yesterday. The official said that the suspect and seven other men were accused of raping a 16-year-old Grade 10 student on May 31, 2017.
