PRESIDENTIAL frontrunner and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno bared plans to build one state-of-the-art hospital, similar to the Ospital ng Maynila (OsMa), in each of the 17 regions in the country in the first two years of his term as President and given the resources, he will have 81 of such hospitals built on a provincial level.

With the said new, fully-equipped and fully-airconditioned hospital nearing completion, Moreno said he dreams of having the same kind of regional hospitals where people from all walks of life can benefit from the facilities that are similar to the ones being offered in private hospitals.

He pointed out that in the case of OsMa, all requirements were met such as design and bidding, and all that has to be done for it to be implemented nationwide is to just copy the entire processes undertaken from inception to completion.
