AS part of his priority project when he was still the city’s first District representative, Caloocan City Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan led the inauguration of Barangay Halls in Barangay 174 and Barangay 35 as well as the new multi-purpose tennis court at Villa Magdalena 3, Barangay 172.

Mayor Along said the infrastructure projects are aligned with his vision to improve public service and public facilities at the same time.

“Magsisilbi po itong tanggapan ng ating mga opisyales at kanilang mga kawani na kaagapay natin sa paglilingkod sa bawat komunidad. Kaakibat nito’y mas matiwasay na serbisyo publiko para sa ating mga kababayan sa Caloocan kasabay ng pagpapaunlad rin ng ating mga pasilidad,” Mayor Along said.

The new Barangay 174 Hall is a three-storey building with its own conference room, detention center and dedicated office for the Sangguiang Kabataan. Meanwhile, the Barangay 35 Hall is also a three-storey building with a treasury office and assembly room.

In line with this, the mayor also led the ceremonial serve for the new multi-purpose tennis court at Barangay 172. He reiterated that the city government shall also focus on facilities aligned with sports and recreation.

“Mas pag-igihan pa po natin ang paglilingkod sa ating kapwa. Naniniwala po ako na malaking kaginhawaan po ito para sa araw-araw na trabaho niyo sa Barangay. Pagmalasakitan po natin ang bawat isa tungo sa tuloy-tuloy na pag-unlad ng Caloocan,” he said.
