Man with mental illness hangs self from chico tree
A MAN believed sufferiing from a mental illness was believed to have hanged himself Saturday in Tanauan City, Batangas.
A local resident saw the man hanging lifeless from a chico tree at around 2 p.m. and reported the incident to authorities.
Relatives said the ill-fated man was believed to have been suffering from a mental illness due to strange changes in his attitude and daily routine.
The man’s mother said he was last seen alive at home at around 11 a.m. last December 3.
