Man molested minor girl
A MINOR girl was allegedly molested by a man inside a house in Bgy. San Jose, San Luis, Batangas the other day, police said.
The victim was identified as alias ‘Jenny’ according to San Luis Municipal Police Station (MPS) chief Lt. Geronimo R. Manalo.
‘Jenny’ positively identified the suspect as Edgar Caraan Atienza, said Manalo.
He was arrested through a follow-up operation.
Around 1:45 a.m. the victim was accompanied by her aunt and went to the police station to report the incident.
Initial investigation showed that the victim was inside their house and when about to enter her bedroom, Caraan suddenly arrived and grabbed and brought her into the kitchen.
Police said the suspect tied her both hands and pinned her on the bamboo wall of the said house and kissed her neck, pulled out her shorts and panty then inserted his finger in the private part of the victim, police said.
San Luis MPS coordinated with Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office head Ma. Cherry Ann Moredo De Guzman regarding the incident since the victim is a minor.
