Jose Chua Locsin, 86
FORMER newsman Jose Chua Locsin, died April 28, 2021 after almost a month of confinement in the hospital for stroke and pneumonia. He was 86.
He worked as a reporter and editor of publications in the Chinese community.
He is survived by children Joel, Jona and Jorge; daughter-in-law Regina; son-in-law Anthony; granddaughter Justine Meili; and brothers and sisters.
