Jobless man ,gunned down
A 36 year old jobless man was killed by unidentified armed suspect near the Philippine National Railroad (PNR) crossing Tuesday night in Bgy. V-E, San Pablo CIty, Laguna
San Pablo City police chief, P/Lt. Col. Joewie Lucas said the slain victim identified as Jericho Orlain, resident of Bgy. San Bartolome, San Pablo City.
He pronounced dead on the spot due to serious wounds on the back of his body from unknown caliber pistol used by the suspect.
Initial investigation revealed said that the victim was seated at the bench near the railroad crossing sign at about 6:30 pm.
Accordingly, the armed suspect reportedly suddenly arrived and without a word shot the victim on the body back at closed range which resulted of instantaneous death. Immediately after the killing the suspect fled on foot going towards to Rizal Avenue with the used of unknown gun.
Meanwhile , San Pablo is now conducting hot pursuit operation for possible identification of the suspect.
