Isko, Honey inaugurate another housing project
ANOTHER housing project was inaugurated yesterday by Mayor Isko Moreno and Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna in Quiapo, Manila.
The two broke ground at the 20-storey San Sebastian Residences located on Plaza del Carmen, Bilibid Viejo Street in front of San Sebastian Church which will sit on a 2,601 square meter lot.
Moren said the residential building will have a health center, lobby, parking area, podium, roof deck, machine room, play area, function room, swimming pool, fitness center, pump room, storage room, rentable space, maintenance room, generators and other amenities.
City Engineer Armand Andres said the residential building will have 243 residential units and four elevators to serve the tenants.
It will be offered to city renters and employees who will have to remit to the city a minimal monthly payment.
Moreno said the San Sebastian Residences is the sixth housing project that the city government has embarked on, so far.
The others are the Binondominium, Tondominium 1 and 2, San Lazaro Residences and Pedro Gil Residences.
