PASAY CITY. – In a heartfelt ceremony, an Indian philanthropist received the prestigious Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) – Las Pinas city campus on October 11, 2023 during the 44th Commencement Exercises of Graduate School, Baccalaureate and Non Degree and 11th Graduation rites of Doctor of Medicine with this year’s theme :
