Chinese diplomat pays courtesy call on Libanan
The Deputy Chief of Mission of the Chinese Embassy in Manila, Minister Counsellor Zhou Zhiyong, recently paid a courtesy call on House of Representatives Minority Leader Marcelino “Nonoy” Libanan. They discussed modern farming and fisheries technology exchanges between the Philippines and China, student exchange programs between the two countries, and scholarships for Filipinos who wish to study the Mandarin language, among other matters.
