CEB now flies fully vaxxed travelers to Singapore
CEBU Pacific (CEB), the Philippines’ leading airline, announces that fully vaccinated travelers from the Philippines may now travel to Singapore for leisure starting March 3and that they no longer need to quarantine upon arrival, following the extension of the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) to the country by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
Beginning March 3, all CEB’s flights from Manila to Singapore have been approved as VTL flights. These flights are for fully vaccinated guests only.
Passengers must be able to present upon check in either VaxCertPH or International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV), and negative result of Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or PCR (swab) test, taken within forty-eight (48) hours before the flight from a DOH-accredited testing center.
A vaccinated traveler who had fully recovered from COVID is exempted from all testing requirements if he/she is able to present proof of recovery:
Either PCR test or Antigen Rapid Test showing a positive COVID-19 infection between 7 to 90 days before the date of departure for Singapore; or Medical discharge memo issued by a licensed medical professional, showing name, ID number (per travel document used to enter Singapore), date of birth; and date of infection which must fall within 7 – 90 days (inclusive) before the date of departure for Singapore.
Other requirements for Short Term Visitors are:
· Passport
· Valid Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP)
· Comply with the requirements in the VTL Checklist
· COVID-19 Insurance Policy
· Valid Visa (for visa-required countries)
For Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Long-Term / In-Principle Pass Holders, and unvaccinated children aged 12 years old and below:
· Passport
· Comply with the requirements in the VTL Checklist
· Submit your Overseas Vaccination Certificate at least three (3) days before the flight via the SG Arrival Card e-services if you were vaccinated outside Singapore.
· Long Term Pass / In-Principle Approval Letter (if applicable)
Upon arrival at Singapore, travelers have up to 24 hours from their entry to take a supervised self-swab (SSS) Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at a Quick Test Center (QTC) or Combined Test Center (CTC) .
