Caraga cops get very high approval rating
THE Police Regional Office 13 in Caraga region received a ‘very high rating’ from residents who took part in a Clients’ Satisfaction Survey conducted by the Mindanao Development Authority during the 1st semester of 2023, the Journal Group learned yesterday.
The result of the MINDA survey was presented by Dr. Adrian Tamayo, the chief of the Public Relations Division of the agency, during a briefing last Friday.
The MINDA official said that the survey conducted in Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Sur and Agusan del Norte and Butuan City showed that the PRO13 received an overall 88 percent public satisfaction rating from residents when it comes to ‘trust and respect.’
The regional office got an 87 percent approval rating on ‘security’ and an 86 percent rating on ‘safety.’
PRO13 director Brigadier General Kirby John B. Kraft welcomed the MINDA survey and said the outcome of the poll is highly important since they will be using it to further gauge the performance and effectiveness of their peace and order programs in the region.
