THE Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) distributed a limited number of “Malasakit Help Kits” in various airports throughout the country Sunday on Father’s Day.

Malasakit Help Desks (MHDs) welcomed traveling fathers with freebies and personal care products such as hand sanitizers, wet wipes, bottled water, biscuits, and snacks.

The Malasakit Help Kits were distributed in several CAAP-operated airports such as the Bicol Interational Airport, Laguindingan Airport, and Zamboanga Airport.

The initiative, spearheaded by DOTr Secretary Art Tugade, aimed to show appreciation for passengers through tokens of gratitude that will make their travel more convenient and comfortable.

The activity is done regularly during special occasions and holidays in the country.

“As we rise back up from everyday challenges, CAAP wanted to make fathers feel extra special and hopefully it bring smiles through this thoughtful gesture,” said CAAP Director General Capt. Jim Sydiongco.

The CAAP regularly provides kits to those in need and especially during flight disruptions to ensure passenger convenience.
