Blancos donate canes, BP machines, nebulizers in Batangas
BATANGAS – 5th District Board Member (BM) Arthur G. Blanco (encircled) together with Batangas City Councilor Hamilton Blanco (encircled) donated wooden canes (“tungkod”), blood pressure machines, and nebulizers on Saturday at the Batangas Provincial Council to be given to deserving recipients and BM Blanco assured that “walk-in” requests to his office will also be given with the free equipment and health aids.
