UNITEAM presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and his vice presidential running mate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte on Tuesday barnstormed across Eastern Visayas to win the support of the Waray voters.

Duterte, Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (CMD) Chairperson, urged local folk in a brief stop at St. Mary’s Gym, Barangay A, Borongan City, Eastern Samar to support Marcos in next year’s presidential elections.

The presidential daughter was accompanied by Lakas-CMD President and House Majority Leader Martin G. Romualdez during the sortie.

She expressed belief that Marcos’ gubernatorial experience is a big advantage in addressing the country’s major problems if he is elected president.

The tandem met with Lakas-CMD officials and friends in Borongan City where they held motorcade and inaugurated the UniTeam campaign headquarter.

Marcos, standard-bearer of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), and Duterte were also scheduled on late Tuesday afternoon to hold motorcade and sortie in Tacloban City.
