THE Batangas Police Provincial Office warmly welcomed its new regional director PBGen. Eliseo Dela Cruz an arrival honors held at Camp Gen Miguel C. Malvar, Batangas City Wednesday, Police Pubic Information Office OIC P/Lt Mary Anne De Villa Espina said.

Incoming provincial director, PCol. Glicerio C. Cansilao was also welcomed by officers, men and women of the Batangas PPO in a turnover of office ceremony presided by Cruz.

Outgoing provincial director PCol. Rex T. Malimban expressed his gratitude to all personnel and stakeholders for the trust and support.

Cansilao took pride in accepting the duties and responsibilities and further expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity and trust bestowed upon him to act as the new Acting Provincial Director of the Batangas PPO.

The new provincial director said the plans and programs of Chief PNP PGen. Gullermo Lorenzo Eleazar which focus on an Intensified cleanliness policy are only appropriate for the betterment of the PNP’s service to the public. He added that the Batangas PPO will support the programs of the new PNP chief

“Officers come and go but the PNP’s policy remains the same, we have to change leaders to improve our services while a higher level of position is waiting for the outgoing leader which is also required to a promotion,” said Cruz.
