THE BATANGAS Police Provincial Office led by acting provincial director Col. Glicerio Cansilao on Tuesday relaunched the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) program at Camp General Miguel Malvar, Batangas City.

Presidents of each city and municipality in the province joined the provincial police in the relaunching of the project, which was witnessed by KKDAT PCADG (Police Community Affairs and Development Group) advisor Maru Soriano, KKDAT spokesperson Franz Liam Arabia, KKDAT regional president Jorden Garcia, and PCADG advisor Imad Ammar.

“We invite all our youth in the province of Batangas to participate in our ongoing Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo program,” Cansilao said.

“Let us take this opportunity, this is the real program that will give us a path, where we can truly serve our people,” Cansilao added.

Last June 18, some 34 City and Municipal Police Stations, including KKDAT formed by the 1st and 2nd Batangas Provincial Mobile Force Company ((BPMFC), simultaneously reactivated the program

The KKDAT was established to mobilize and organize the youth sector into a potent force organization and proactive partner of the PNP.

The objective of the program is to enable the youth to strengthen the advocacies relative to anti-illegal drugs and anti-terrorism and to empower them not to fall prey to the debilitating lure of drug and terror menaces.
