Abogado ni Tony nakiusap: We call the public to be mindful of casting judgment
Nahaharap ngayon sa kasong two counts of acts of lasciviousness at aggravated physical injuries ang aktor na si Tony Labrusca.
Ayon sa report ng ABS-CBN, naghain ng reklamo ang hindi na kinilalang babae sa City Prosecutor sa Makati, almost five months matapos mangyari ang diumano’y pangmomolestiya ng aktor sa kanya.
Sa statement na ini-release ng lawyer ng complainant na si Atty. Regie Tongol, sinabi niyang may apat silang saksi na nakakita sa insidente.
Samantala, nagbigay din ng official statement ang legal counsel ni Tony na si Atty. Joji Alonso.
Aniya ay hindi pa nila natatanggap ang kopya ng reklamo.
“We have just been informed that complaints of alleged acts of lasciviousness and slight physical injuries have been filed against our client, Mr. Tony Labrusca. Said acts allegedly occurred some five (5) months ago. ‘
“As we have not yet been in receipt of copies of the Complaint-Affidavit, we could not give a judicious response nor comment on the matter.”’
“We call the public to be mindful of casting judgment based on mere allegations and unfounded claims. We welcome the legal process taking its course, where in the end, the truth shall prevail,” the statement read.
