More COVID cases recorded in Cavite
TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite – The number of COVID cases in Cavite has increased with 770 active cases recorded, based on the last record of the Provincial Health Office on July 16, 2022.
Based on the PHO report, the city of Bacoor has 152 active cases, Imus 145 cases, General Trias 98 cases, Dasmariñas 72 cases and Tanza has 54 active cases.
Cavite recorded 511 active cases from July 1 to July 16, 2022.
On July 1, the province recorded only 259 cases. The number has reached 770 spreas in seven cities and 16 municipalities.
Cavite Province has a total of 173,336 confirmed cases with 168,961 recovered and 3,695 deaths recorded as of the July 16, 2022 report.
Local leaders encouraged residents to continue compliance with the minimum public health standards mandated by the government and the Department of Health.
