Baby swept away by flood in Pampanga
A NINE-MONTH-OLD baby girl drowned at the height of monsoon rain Saturday in Pampanga.
The Municipal Disaster risk Reduction & Management office said the incident occurred ib Purok Bukangliwayway 1, Brgy. Candelaria, Macabebe, Pampanga.
The baby’s father, Delmar Pascua, was busy transferring their belongings to a safer place due to the strong rains when the victim fell from the bed and was swept away by the flood.
The baby was rescued and was rushed to the DBFMH but to no avail.
It was reported that the baby’s mother had gone to the municipal hall for an update as a 4Ps beneficiary.
