7 druggies held in Ecija stings
TALAVERA, Nueva Ecija — Seven suspected drug traffickers were collared in buy-busts in this town and four other areas in Nueva Ecija on Tuesday.
Nabbed in this town was Herenato Rayos, 55, of Bgy. Burnay.
During the sting in Bgy. Gulod, Lt.Col. Heryl Bruno said Rayos, who was included in the provincial police unified watchlist of users/pushers since 2016, yielded seven plastics sachet containing 5.20 grams of shabu with street value of P35,360.
In Cabanatuan City, collared was vendor Cherry Lyn Mactal, 29, alias Lenlen, single, of Purok 1, Bgy. M. S. Garcia.
Police seized from her four plastic sachets of shabu weighing 3.20 grams with a street value of P21,760.
The three drug suspects arrested in Carranglan were identified as Edna Santos, 42, Jonathan Parucha, 40, and Cathy Medina, 32, single.
In San Isidro, police led by Major Joel Dela Cruz nabbed James Vergara, 42, alias Jay, while the Jaen police busted Hernan Hernandez, 45, single, during separate anti-drugs operations.
