3 Pampanga wanted persons arrested
City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Pampanga provincial police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay on Thursday announced the arrest of three most wanted persons in the province.
Ibay identified the suspects as Nelson Hipolito, 38, of Bgy. Dila-Dila, Sta. Rita; Alfonso Bayani, 57, of Bgy. San Agustin, City of San Fernando; and John Carlo Rivera, 22, of Sta. Maria, Magalang.
Hipolito was collared by joint elements of Porac and Sta Rita police based on a warrant issued by Judge Gerardo Antonio P. Santos of Angeles City RTC Branch 62 for violation of Sec. 11 and 12, Art. II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 with no recommended bail.
Bayani was arrested by the San Fernando Police for two counts Violation of Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act based on warrant issued by Judge Robert Alexander Razon Malig of San Fernando City RTC Branch 45.
Rivera was nabbed in the operation by the Magalang police based on a warrant issued by Judge April Joy Magsayo-Aguila of Angeles City RTC Branch 61 for violation of RA 7610.
The suspects are now in jail.
