2 wanted felons fall in Pampanga
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Two most wanted persons were arrested Thursday in manhunt operations in the province.
Pampanga provincial police director Col. Arnold Ibay said John Paul Torres alias “Jay Vicente,” 24, of Sta. Rosa, San Miguel, Magalang, Pampanga was arrested in a manhunt operation conducted in Bgy. San Nicolas 2, Magalang by elements of the Magalang police station for carnapping.
Meanwhile, elements of Porac police captured Joanna Malicay, 29, in Purok 2, Bgy. Sepung Bulaun, Porac, Pampanga for seven counts of qualified theft. Malicay is an employee at the Sangguniang Bayan of Porac and a resident of Purok 2, Bgy. Sepung Bulaun.
Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon lauded the Pampanga cops for the successful operations.
