TWO high value targets and in the top 10 drug watchlist on Saturday were arrested in separate entrapment operations in Davao.

In a report to PRO11 director Brig. Gen. Benjamin Silo Jr., Panabo City police commander Maj. Adelon Caacbay said his men along with personnel of SDET, RSOG-RPDEU 11, 2nd DNPMFC and PDEA Davao Del Norte conducted a buy-bust in Prk. Marang, Bgy. Cagangohan, Panabo City which resulted in the apprehension of Wene Badinas Lopez alias Ting, 34, and no. 6 in the police drug watchlist.

Seized from him were four transparent cellophanes containing shabu weighing over 25 grams valued at P170,000, marked money and a driver’s license cover.

Meanwhile, members of the Davao City police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) and PDEA 11 implemented a search warrant against suspect Roldan Patulot alias Lando, 48, of Blk. 46, Purok 3, Bgy. 21-C, Piapi Boulevard, Davao City, listed as no. 5 in the city’s police drug list.

Patulot yielded five plastic sachets of shabu worth P75,000 and drug paraphernalia.

The two suspects will be charged with violation of Section 5 and Section 11 of R.A. 9165. By Bernard Galang
