Woman nabbed for shabu inside house
AGENTS of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested a woman after illegal drugs were allegedly found in her house at Barangay San Felipe, Naga City.
NBI Officer-In-Charge Eric B. Distor identified the suspect as Anjieneth Arbius alias “ANJ or WAWA.”
On April 28, 2021, operatives of NBI-Naga District Office (NBI NADO) implemented a search warrant issued by the Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Naga City and seized an undetermined quantity of ‘shabu’ in violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 from the suspect.
Also searched was the house of her brother, Luis Arbius alias “Luise/Tungkag” of Barangay Penafrancia, Naga City. Recovered from the suspects were several transparent plastic sachets containing suspect shabu.
Anjieneth was presented for inquest before the Prosecutor’s Office of Naga City the following day.
Luise was not around when the warrant was served against him. Distor, however, said appropriate charges will also be filed against him.
