New Singaporean Ambassador to the Philippines Constance See pays a courtesy call on Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez at the Manila Golf and Country Club in Makati City Monday afternoon. The two discussed ways to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries and improve the cooperation in trade, investment, environment and people-to-people exchanges.
